Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across US law topics.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project requirements and ensure accurate information.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
- Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
- Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and AI-generated outputs.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential legal issues.
