Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert on a contract basis to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems.

Ideal candidates will apply accounting judgment to evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data, review month-end close workpapers, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting and FP&A experience.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Knowledge of AI training data evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
