Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking entry-level Construction Labourers for a remote-site camp in Nunavut, on a fly-in/fly-out schedule. This role offers hands-on experience in remote operations and exposure to northern conditions.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically capable, and legally eligible to work in Canada. Training and WHMIS certification may be provided during onboarding, with a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and camp accommodations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged; no previous construction experience required.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Willing to work a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule at a remote site.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable outdoors in extreme northern weather; WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to complete all required company and site-specific training.
