Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Canada is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for stores management across our brands.

You will develop localized attraction strategies, partner with Regional & District Managers, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while leveraging data to drive hiring success. The role requires travel up to 35% in-market and beyond, plus a passion for our brands and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition or related experience.
• Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for the market.
• Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions.
• Proven talent evaluation and selection skills.
• Ability to develop a localized talent acquisition strategy end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding.
• Develop localized attraction strategies for supported markets.
• Partner with Regional & District Managers on talent strategy.
• Network and build relationships with future talent.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Travel up to 35% for recruiting events and trainings.
