Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise base. You will collaborate with Account Executives, engage with customer tech contacts, and architect solutions while creating demos and enablement resources to accelerate sales.

You’ll build self-service tools, documentation, and patterns that can be standardized for global customers, working remotely or from listed global offices.

Qualifications

• Passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support.
• Identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Experience working with customers in technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and software development fundamentals.
• Excellent communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate our product's value.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for independent customer implementation.
• Identify opportunities to productize integration patterns and work with product teams.
