Job summary

Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media remotely with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. This role emphasizes accuracy, prompt-following, and thoughtful evaluations from home or while traveling.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to articulate reasoning clearly. A Bachelor's degree is nice to have, with compensation up to $15/hr USD and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to verify details.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of observations.
