Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Roles contribute to improving AI reasoning and performance. Pay is hourly and remote with flexible hours and ongoing access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple regions are welcome.

Competenze

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Mansioni

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing English explanations.
