Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what went wrong, all on your own schedule. Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour with potential incentives. Payments are issued weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, and you can work remotely from Canada, Australia, Ireland, the UK or the US.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing ability.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
