Job summary

Desjardins is hiring a Personal Finance Advisor in Rimouski, Quebec. You will develop and maintain lasting relationships with members and clients, understand their needs, and advise on financing and investment options to meet financial goals.

You will balance client satisfaction with business objectives, collaborate with partners, and apply cross-sector financing strategies, while ensuring prudent risk management and compliance with rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – AMF.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
