Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and clients in Granby. You will listen to needs, offer tailored financial guidance, and help them choose investments, loans and insurance to meet their goals.

You will collaborate with partners to design integrated strategies, stay up to date on industry trends, and participate in community outreach while ensuring service quality and prudent risk management.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Represent the caisse in the community and participate in outreach activities.
