Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) registered to practice in Canada.
• Five years' recent, relevant work experience as required for the role.
• Experience in teaching or instructor role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning in theory, lab, and clinical components of the Medical Laboratory Assistant program.
• Incorporate personal teaching style to meet course objectives using approved curricula.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure a coordinated curriculum delivery.
• Prepare and implement instructional strategies and learning modules.
• Utilize technology to advance teaching and learning.
• Establish student performance objectives and administer assessments.
• Meet with students regularly to monitor progress and provide guidance.
