Qualifications

• Experience publishing newsletters and understanding loyalty/conversion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all editorial teams across Nova Scotia (Chronicle Herald, Cape Breton Post, community titles and a politics bureau).
• Set and maintain high editorial standards and determine coverage priorities.
• Collaborate with regional editors on coverage, resources and strategy.
• Inspire colleagues across the Postmedia Network to advance national ambition and community impact.
• Develop staff, build newsroom capability and create growth opportunities.
• Manage staffing, performance and labour relations responsibilities.
