Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Director, Product Compliance to lead a team of regulatory, compliance and policy experts responsible for ensuring compliance across Entrust's Data Security product and service portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to navigate highly technical products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Masters preferred.
• Experience leading governance, risk and compliance programs.
• Strong ability to develop cross-functional partnerships and manage audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory, compliance and policy teams to ensure product portfolio compliance with applicable standards.
• Oversee internal/external audits and certifications (SOC 2, FedRAMP, etc.).
• Perform risk assessments and manage vulnerabilities across DSS products and infrastructure.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics reporting on compliance status.
• Guide incident handling, change management and EPMA governance activities.
• Partner with regulators, auditors and third-party providers.
