RocketRez is seeking a Director of Engineering to provide strategic and tactical leadership for our software organization. You will directly manage four Engineering Team Leads and partner with product and cross-functional teams to drive roadmaps, architecture decisions, and timely delivery.

The role requires deep technical judgment, strong stakeholder management, and experience building multi-team organizations in a SaaS/product environment. This is a remote role with Canada/US eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering.
• 3+ years managing engineering managers or leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead four Engineering Team Leads and guide multiple teams to deliver with high cadence.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and release practices with strong runtime reliability.
