Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Director of Product Compliance to lead regulatory, compliance and policy experts for its Data Security product portfolio. The role emphasizes audits, certifications and risk management across cross-functional teams.

You will partner with internal teams to secure certifications (SOC 2, FedRAMP, WebTrust) and maintain ongoing compliance visibility in near real time, with a focus on Canada-based remote operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive, applicable experience in product compliance or regulatory roles.
• Hands-on experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools and processes.
• Experience planning and executing compliance certifications (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, WebTrust).
• Familiarity with PKI, HSMs, IAM, CLM, CSP, CP/CPS/RPS and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce procedures to ensure product compliance with legal, regulatory and certification requirements.
• Lead internal/external audits to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes within budget.
• Obtain and maintain product accreditations and certifications as needed.
• Support enterprise certifications (ISO 27001, ATO) as required.
• Perform risk assessments and track risks in GRC tools.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation with cross-functional teams.
