Job summary

Girl Guides of Canada–Guides du Canada (GGC) is seeking a Project Manager, Digital Transformation for a remote contract through August 2027. You will support delivery of digital initiatives, coordinate planning, and ensure milestones stay within scope and budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project management, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, and experience with Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Project. PMP is considered an asset for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing business or technical projects and budgets.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and applying them appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital transformation projects across CRM, website, data and infrastructure workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, workplans, risk and issue logs.
• Produce status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to align milestones and scope.
• Support governance, budgeting, scheduling, and change management activities.
• Assist with templates/tools to improve consistency and quality in delivery.
