Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of security-focused products across the enterprise. The role requires strong product management expertise, deep security knowledge, and the ability to drive secure-by-default development practices with DevSecOps and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing a backlog for a digital product team.
• One year’s experience coaching and mentoring peers across a broader technology organization.
• Strong understanding of security, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven ability to define KPIs/OKRs and make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Proven Agile product delivery experience (backlog, ceremonies, iterative releases).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, policy-as-code, and automation in security workflows.

• Set clear outcomes and KPIs for each product.
• Plan for scalability and evolving security needs.
• Design scalable products for future enterprise needs.
