Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers with past-due accounts to identify reasons for delinquency and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate payment commitments and establish firm payment arrangements with customers and dealers.
• Review account history to understand financial situations and determine the best action to mitigate loss.
• Adhere to Ford Credit Canada's policies and guidelines for consistent service delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador, resolving delicate financial situations with empathy and professionalism.
