Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a senior IT professional to join the Defined Benefit implementation team. You will configure Morneau Shepell's software to meet client requirements and provide ongoing maintenance and support for pension administration projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in IT or pension systems, and strong ASP/ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL skills. The role offers a fully remote arrangement with opportunities across Canada and extensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT, system configuration or pension-related experience.
• Experience with ASP/ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Configure Morneau Shepell software to meet client requirements.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Provide maintenance and support to existing clients and benefits teams.
• Produce configuration designs aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers and project managers in Agile environments.
• Prepare project estimates, schedules and deliverables.
• Review documentation and logs to troubleshoot processing errors.
