Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Data Science Expert — AI Content Specialist to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. You will design challenging data science problems, author authoritative solutions (Python/R, SQL, math derivations), and audit AI outputs to improve model reasoning.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, or big data tech (Spark/Hadoop).
• Able to clearly communicate complex algorithms and statistics in writing.
• Highly precise with code syntax, mathematical notation, and statistical validity.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently on tasks.
• No prior AI annotation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design rigorous data science challenges across ML topics.
• Write step-by-step ground-truth solutions with code and SQL.
• Audit AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, and best practices in models.
