Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Data Developer in Canada to build and maintain ETL pipelines, support APIs and dashboards, and improve data architecture for decentralized assets and traditional financial instruments.

You will work with an international, remote-first team, focusing on data quality, scalable design, and clear communication across time zones. Strong engineering fundamentals and independent problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as data developer, software engineering, or analytics.
• Experience with data integration and ETL development/maintenance.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for platform development.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL.
• Ability to interpret complex technical and financial data for stakeholders.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for core platform data acquisition.
• Collaborate with the data lead to design and improve data architecture and systems.
• Consolidate and analyze data to produce monthly performance reports for decentralized nodes.
• Support data ingestion across decentralized assets, Web3 and traditional instruments.
• Monitor data quality and implement improvements for accuracy and reliability.
• Apply clean code principles and scalable architecture to data projects.
• Help colleagues access and use datasets effectively.
• Contribute to data analytics, BI, and visualization initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end data processes independently with international teammates.
• Handle confidential financial data with governance and discretion.
