Job summary

Propel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Winnipeg to support customers with online loan applications and funds transfers. The role requires handling high call volumes, using multiple web-based tools, and delivering accurate information with professionalism.

You will report to the Manager, Operations and join a fast-growing fintech team. English communication is essential, Spanish is a plus, with shifts Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm and weekends 10am-6pm.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple portfolios.
Use multiple web-based applications for investigation and verification.
Answer existing and potential customer questions with accuracy and urgency.
Communicate appropriate course of action to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Build customer confidence as a subject matter expert.
Work as a team to achieve individual and team goals.
