Job summary

Propel Holdings Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Call Centre Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, verify loan applications, and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Working hours include 3pm–11pm weekdays and 10am–6pm weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset.
• Able to meet and exceed daily quotas and targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm and weekends 10am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Use multiple web-based applications for investigation and verification.
• Review, verify, and update customer’s loan application to determine eligibility.
• Answer existing and potential customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
• Generate new leads through inbound calls from interested applicants and set up new accounts over the phone.
• Build customer confidence in the services offered by Propel as a subject matter expert.
• Work as a team to obtain individual and team goals.

Requirements

Salary Range

$18.00 – $18.50/hr

Final compensation is determined by market conditions, location, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and education. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive programs and total compensation may include variable incentives, such as bonuses and commissions.
