Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch winners and drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

With 3–4+ years of CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands and deep Intelligems expertise, you will optimize paid acquisition funnels and on-site offers while collaborating with a lean remote team to scale to $100M+ in

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven results lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems, AfterSell and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own every CRO test across site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Build backlog, brief and QA tests, launch winners and ship impact.
• Manage CRO agency and decide when to move work in-house.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run CRO & Funnels meetings.
• Drive lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor across all pages and funnels.
