Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Knowledge of contact centre operational processes and policies.
• Verbal & written communication skills - Basic (in business environment).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on borrowing strategies and products.
• Handle customer contacts and document transactions.
• Identify referrals to other business groups.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML and privacy provisions.
• Maintain knowledge of personal banking and lending products and market trends.
