Electric Mind is an AI-native advisory and digital engineering firm hiring recruiters to scale its tech and AI engagements across Canada and the US. You’ll own end-to-end sourcing for AI engineers, integration leads, cyber and regulatory consultants, and advisory professionals.

• Proven experience recruiting in tech and/or AI, ideally within consulting or professional services
• A sourcer’s instinct: you love the chase, and passive candidates don’t stay passive around you
• Excellent comms – oral and written, and professionalism. Staying connected with candidates through the process.
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity — priorities move, projects scale, and you thrive in it
• Based in the Toronto area (we’re remote-friendly, but local roots help)
