Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in community support, social work, or client service.
• Experience delivering remote support via digital tools and video calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a virtual presence.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and guidance via phone, email, and video.
• Assess client needs and identify resources and services.
• Assist clients in completing applications for social benefits and programs.
• Offer emotional support and active listening.
• Maintain confidential client records in digital systems.
• Collaborate remotely with colleagues and partners.
• Develop and deliver virtual workshops on relevant topics.
