Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Manager to ensure initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of clinical research projects. You will manage budgets, scope, and timelines per SOPs, with supervision from senior PMs.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in clinical trial coordination, GCP/ICH knowledge, and strong English/French communication.

Qualifications

• GCP and ICH knowledge, regulatory awareness and strong project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience coordinating clinical trials and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sponsor, vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across departments and sites.
• Supervise coordinators and resources to prioritize site activation activities.
• Manage vendor services to meet activation timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure SOP/compliance adherence.
• Support site qualification, monitoring visits and data management activities.
