Job summary

Indero is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II to oversee clinical monitoring activities across dermatology and rheumatology trials in Canada. The role encompasses CRA training, site performance quality, and ensuring timelines with SOP and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in clinical research, including lead CRA experience, with strong ICH/GCP knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and English fluency; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical research experience including monitoring and Lead CRA level responsibilities.
• B.Sc. in a field relevant to clinical research, nursing degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monitoring activities meet sponsor expectations and SOPs, regulations, ICH/GCP.
• Identify quality trends and establish corrective action plans.
• Serve as point of contact for CRAs and Lead CRAs on assigned projects.
• Mentor/oversee CRAs and Lead CRAs.
• Review site visit reports and track metrics for compliance.
• Contribute to the Clinical Monitoring Plan.
