Responsibilities

• Handle client referrals and update care provision with the clinical team.
• Perform data entry for service authorizations and care plans per policy.
• Communicate with internal teams to support timely care delivery.
• Review and process tasks such as client terminations and visit times in AlayaCare.
• Participate in administrative projects like visit validation.
