Vertex is seeking an experienced Client Experience Project Manager – Environmental & BCA to support our Ontario Commercial team. This remote role handles scoping, scheduling, and budgeting for BCAs, ESAs, groundwater monitoring and geotechnical projects, from initial inquiry to final report, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in environmental/building assessment project management, strong knowledge of Ontario regulations, and

Competenze

• Post-secondary degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geoscience, Building Science, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial environmental/building assessment projects in Ontario.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04 and CSA standards for ESAs.
• Familiarity with Building Condition Assessments and lender requirements.
• Ability to scope, quote, and manage BCAs, ESAs, groundwater monitoring and geotechnical work.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent client-facing phone presence and clear written communication.

Mansioni

• Respond promptly to online leads, phone calls and emails from clients and brokers.
• Follow up on proposals to convert enquiries into awarded work.
• Call clients to understand needs, confirm scope and build relationships.
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates and proposals for BCAs, ESAs and investigations.
• Coordinate field programs, subcontractors and laboratories.
• Schedule site visits and manage client communications and timelines.
• Track progress, budgets and deadlines; ensure timely reports.
• Issue invoices and liaise with accounting and CRM systems.
• Maintain project database and pipeline reporting for Ontario Commercial team.
