Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, nonprofit or education may be relevant.
• Customer service and communications experience are beneficial.
• Leadership or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and engage prospective clients through individual marketing, outreach and relationship-building activity.
• Conduct introductory conversations to understand individual goals, interests and suitability.
• Build trust and rapport through thoughtful questions, active listening and professional communication.
• Share information about personal and leadership development programs.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective clients.
• Work within established communication and client-development processes.
• Maintain organized records of conversations and next steps.
• Participate in ongoing personal, professional and leadership development.
