• Experience in social media, community management, digital marketing or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Understanding of major social platforms, audiences, features and content formats.
• Ability to turn social data and audience behaviour into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of the social media strategy across Canadian channels and multiple audiences.
• Help plan, schedule and publish social content, maintaining tone and global guidelines.
• Contribute to content and channel recommendations based on audience needs and business priorities.
• Carry out ongoing social listening and support tracking, reporting and analysis for insights.
• Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve content performance.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop relevant, engaging social content.
• Partner with marketing teams to translate business needs into social opportunities.
• Share ideas informed by competitive benchmarks and emerging trends.
• Support development of video approaches suited to each platform.
