Job summary

Roche Diagnostics in Canada seeks a Regional Director, Access, Policy & GR based in Quebec to lead regional strategies for diagnostic access and market access launch support across Canada. You will build relationships with policymakers, HTA bodies and Ministries to demonstrate value and enable reimbursement.

You will monitor policy trends, advise on tactics with Global Pricing, Medical Affairs and the Provincial Healthcare Leader, and ensure alignment for patient access.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in healthcare with emphasis on diagnostics, market access, government relations or HTA.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, payer mechanisms and approval processes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional access, policy and government relations to enable diagnostic launches in Canada.
• Monitor provincial and national policy environments and provide strategic insights.
• Develop relationships with policymakers, HTA bodies and ministries to demonstrate medical value.
