Job summary

Integrity Reforestation Inc. is seeking a Camp Operations Assistant to support daily operations of remote reforestation camps across Northern Ontario.

You’ll help with camp setup, meal services, equipment organization, sanitation routines and general upkeep, enabling crews to stay focused on field productivity. This seasonal, outdoors role suits someone who enjoys teamwork, physical work, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on a range of tasks.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly (water containers, supplies).
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and camp policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in camp setup and ongoing upkeep.
• Support meal services and kitchen assistance.
• Organize equipment and maintain sanitation routines.
• Assist with laundry and camp cleanliness.
• Support general camp operations and safety procedures.
