Job summary

Kitsaki Management Limited Partnership seeks a reliable housekeeping and general kitchen helper for a remote camp assignment in Tuktoyaktuk, NWT. The role reports to the site's Chef Manager and involves maintaining clean rooms and supporting meal service.

Applicants should have kitchen experience, be able to work safely, and adapt to 3-week in-and-out rotations. Fixed travel, meals, and accommodations are provided. Drug testing is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a valid work permit.
• Experience in remote camp environments is preferred.
• Kitchen general helper duties experience is beneficial.
• Safe Food Handling certification is preferred.
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test and work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms to required specifications.
• Sweep, mop, and wash floors.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, and area rugs.
• Make beds and collect garbage.
• Assist in preparation, cooking, and serving of meals.
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow site policies and procedures.
