Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Inc. is hiring multiple call center agents to work remotely from anywhere in Canada. This temporary role runs for about 3 months and pays $17.00 CAD per hour plus 4% vacation pay.

Hours are 35–37 per week, with evenings and weekends required, and operations run 8am–8pm Central Time across weekdays. Responsibilities include outbound calls to voters, supporters, and donors; providing policy information; addressing questions; maintaining records; meeting targets; and collaborating

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED.
• Able to type 35 words per minutes with 95% accuracy
• Two years prior call center experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays).
• Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings
• Experience with contact center software
• Positive attitude, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Legally to work in Canada without restriction
• Able to complete backcheck
