Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is seeking a Business Client Advice Centre Agent to join our Ontario Virtual team. You will handle inbound client calls, triage requests, and provide timely, professional service from a secure home workspace.

In this full-time remote role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts to match branch schedules. You must meet Agent@Home requirements and maintain high standards for accuracy and client satisfaction while collaborating with Business Banking

Qualifications

• You have contact centre experience and can handle inbound client interactions with professionalism.
• You understand business banking concepts and can triage requests to the right channel.
• You demonstrate strong communication, problem solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls, provide a high level of customer service, and create positive experiences through clear, professional communication.
• Request triage - Assess client needs, identify the nature of each inquiry, and direct requests efficiently to the appropriate team or solution.
• Problem solving - Resolve routine client concerns and service requests accurately while using sound judgment to escalate more complex matters when needed.
• Operational excellence - Follow established contact centre processes and service standards to support consistent, timely, and compliant client interactions.
• Team contribution - Work collaboratively with partners across Business Banking to support shared goals and help maintain an efficient, client-focused advice centre environment.
