Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking Bodily Injury Adjusters to join the WorkForce Advantage team across Canada. You will manage Auto BI claims from investigation to settlement, collaborating with insureds, adjusters, clients, and others to provide high-quality service.

Assignments are typically 3 to 12 months with potential for extension or permanent placement. The salary range is $55,000 to $75,000 CAD annually, reflecting a national opportunity to contribute within a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical claims handling experience with at least 3 years on complex Bodily Injury claims.
• Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field.
• Probationary Adjusters Licence required; Full Adjusters Licence and/or CIP preferred.
• Ability to conduct telephone investigations, evaluate, negotiate and settle personal and commercial lines claims.
• Advanced computer skills including Office 365; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Examine policies and settle claims while managing costs and licensing rules.
