Job summary

AO Globe Life – American Income Division is seeking motivated, licensed professionals to join our growing team from anywhere in Ontario. This remote, commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and full training with ongoing mentorship.

Ideal candidates are LLQP licensed (or in progress) with at least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience, strong communication, and a self-driven mindset. Work-from-Home in Ontario with a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• LLQP license (or in progress).
• Minimum 1 year of sales, insurance, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and virtual presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-only structure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually across Ontario and Canada.
• Help families understand and secure life & living benefits protection.
• Present customized insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Complete applications and manage policy onboarding.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Work independently in a high-performance, remote environment.
