Job summary

Vaz Organization is seeking motivated individuals to join our benefits sales team, helping clients choose insurance and benefits solutions that protect what matters most. You will build relationships with individuals and families and grow your sales skills in a performance-driven environment.

Previous sales experience is welcome but not required; we provide comprehensive training and resources. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, and remote work flexibility to fit

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Licensing to sell insurance products required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Client consultations - Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Sales presentations - Educate clients on available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work independently toward individual sales and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
