Job summary

LumiQ is a Toronto-based audio-first learning platform helping accounting and finance professionals meet CPD/CPE requirements. We’re hiring multiple BDRs to generate qualified opportunities, schedule meetings, and fuel our expanding revenue team.

Total OTE is $62,000 (52k base, 10k incentive) with uncapped commissions, and a transparent salary structure. This flexible hybrid role requires some in-office presence in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Identify and generate qualified opportunities via outbound sales (prospecting, cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Meet KPIs: Hit daily, weekly, monthly targets and contribute to annual revenue.
• Manage CRM: Keep Salesforce and other tools up to date with notes and statuses.
• Continuous Learning: Invest in personal and professional growth for career advancement.
