Job summary

Funday is a full-service agency seeking an Associate Creative Director (Art) to lead our creative team and shape the visual direction. You will guide art directors, designers, copywriters, and other creatives, ensuring bold, on-brand work that resonates across channels.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, technologists, and producers, mentor juniors, and present concepts to clients. This 100% remote role invites cross-Canada collaboration from BC, AB, or ON.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual skills with digital work.
• 10+ years in creative agency, digital asset experience a plus.
• 3–5 years in Associate Creative Director, with junior team management.
• Curiosity for digital media and current tech trends.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and client feedback.
• Willing to hands-on design alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership and vision for art directors and designers.
• Develop concepts with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams.
• Drive projects from concept to execution, maintaining brand consistency.
• Hands-on contribution to design work and craft.
• Interact with clients via the Engagement Manager to present work and gather feedback.
• Mentor and support the creative team to foster collaboration.
