Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs on naturalness and quality, and explain findings in writing. Remote, flexible hours with pay per hour.

Project work pays up to USD 15 per hour, with potential bonuses based on project incentives. This is a freelance/1099 opportunity under Outlier.ai, open to applicants worldwide including Canada and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, concise writing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded off.
