Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain your judgments in writing.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with flexible project work and weekly payments. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and capable of concise, evidence-based writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write English explanations pointing to observed issues and provide justification.
