Outlier invites English-speaking evaluators to engage in live dialogues with AI voice models, assess image and video outputs, and write precise explanations of what went wrong. You work remotely on your schedule, reviewing prompts, results, and abnormalities to help steer AI improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, keen attention to detail, and strong writing skills to describe findings clearly. Flexible, remote work with competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Aufgaben

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, errors, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism with a clear justification.
