Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, freelance evaluation program for English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and comparing image and video pairs, explaining what’s off.

You’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, write concise explanations, and help improve AI systems. This is a 1099 contract, work-from-anywhere with flexible hours, paid weekly up to $15 USD/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to examine media closely.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in conversation with AI.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation that points to what you saw or heard and why it matters.
