Alignerr is seeking Masters and PhD researchers to advance AI training by teaching AI to reason, solve problems, and think at a very advanced level. This is a fully remote hourly contract with flexible hours (10–40 per week) and no industry experience required.

You will design complex problems, craft rigorous domain-specific content, review AI outputs for accuracy, and collaborate asynchronously with leading researchers.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in a STEM field or highly technical discipline.
• Publications or strong scholarly track record in relevant domains.
• Rigorous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems to enhance AI reasoning.
