Alignerr is seeking experienced management and leadership educators to shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. This is a remote, hourly contract role that enables contributions to cutting-edge AI development.

You will review AI-generated management scenarios, evaluate reasoning, identify gaps, and provide structured feedback. Work independently on a flexible schedule, 10–40 hours per week, with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying reasoning gaps
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios, recommendations, and analyses
• Self-directed and reliable when working on task-based assignments
