  • Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for accuracy, depth, and intellectual rigor
  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts across leading research labs
  • Ensure academic quality, clarity, and precision across all deliverables
  • Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
  • Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
  • Strong research background — publications, complex project management, or equivalent scholarly track record
  • Naturally rigorous and detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and depth
  • Exceptional written communicator who can convey complex ideas with clarity
  • Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
  • Cross-disciplinary expertise spanning multiple technical domains
  • Experience designing experiments, rubrics, or assessment frameworks
Why Join Us
  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside the world's leading research labs
  • Fully remote and async — work when, where, and how it suits you
  • Freelance autonomy with the intellectual depth of real research work
